Our Secure Voice and Data Network

Golden Orb is a UK Tier One operator. Our core network has been carrying traffic and storing data for government agencies for over 10 years.

The network is located at multiple sites with BT Interconnects on different exchanges across the UK. As well as BT, we connect directly with other international carriers to provide an end-to-end communications network. We link to multiple data carriers for increased redundancy and reliability and operate 24/7 active monitoring of the network.

The infrastructure is based on a “Disconnected Secure Network” and built upon military-grade encryption - currently undergoing government accreditation up to and including “Confidential” data.

All our services reside on our specialist secure network and can be accessed only by users on this network. This is a secure, IP-based data network that is isolated from all public data networks and any other private networks. Where data is transmitted over a public network we offer the highest levels of impenetrability and network security management so clients can operate in confidence.
